Spectra™ Silver

The Spectra™ Silver covers a wide array of single station process and machine applications. Available in different configurations, Spectra™ Silver can detect collisions, empty cuts, damaged and excessively worn tooling. Powerful visualization tools utilizing intuitive user-friendly software screens deliver diagnostic and optimization capability.

Spectra™ Silver provides:

• Tool and Process monitoring for lean and flexible manufacturing
• Detect and Diagnose process problems and machine health
• Three configurations to match different application requirements are available

• SL1 for missing or broken tool requirements plus crash detection
• SL2 for for transfer lines, custom, or special purpose machines
• SL3 for machines or processes where numerous process variables exist and protection and optimization are necessary

• Multiple sensor inputs

• Up to three (3) limits can be set per sensor

• Networking capability using local or wide area networks, Profibus and Interbus
• Digital Drive monitoring using Profibus or Interbus protocols
• Remote diagnostics capability available with networking feature
