Amplifier

TSFA2-DGM

Verstärker :: TSAFA2-DGM

The Montronix TSFA2-DGM-xx is a 2-channel force amplifier to be used in connection with Montronix force sensors. A Montronix SPECTRA central unit controls the TSFA2-DGM-xx via aserial interface. As a result, characteristics for amplification, filters, and rms values can be individually set for each channel, optimizing the amplifier's adjustment to each new tool. For signal evaluation within the processing unit, the TSFA2-DGM-xx splits force signals in its static and dynamic parts. This function renders the amplifier ideal for long cuts and fast processing changes.

TSSG1-DGM

Amplifier :: TSSG1

The single-channel Montronix TSSG1-DGM force amplifier is used in combination with a Montronix RetroBoltSG-Mxx force sensor. The Montronix SPECTRA central unit controls the TSSG1-DGM via a serial interface. Amplification, filter and time constant can hereby be set individually. These settings are individually available for each tool, rapid feed function, and tool change. There are two analog signal outputs. In order to be evaluated by the processor unit, the TSSG1-DGM amplifier divides the force signals into a static and a dynamic part. Since the sensor is really based on strain gauge measurements, this specific Montronix sensor technology is especially suited for long cuts and rapid process changes.

TSVA2-DGM

Amplifier :: TSVAA2

The TSVA2-DGM is a 2-channel vibration amplifier that is used in connection with our broad bandsensor BV100 A Montronix SPECTRA controls the TSVA2-DGM via an RS485 interface. This enables you to set individual values concerning amplification, filtering, and rms value for each channel.These settings are available for each tool, for the functions "rapid feed" and "turret index". The TSVA2-DGM features one analog output per channel. You can connect up to two BV100 broadband sensors to the TSVA2-DGM. When employing two sensors, however, you can only use either the vibration or the acoustic emissions (AE) component for any one sensor.

Technical Data

  • Output signal: 0 to 10 V DC
  • Gain error: ± 2 %
  • Power provided to sensor: ±15 V DC
  • Amplifier power requirements: 130 mA@+15 V, -80 mA @-15V
  • Current provided to sensor: 4 mA constant current
  • Mounting: 2 M4 screws
  • Dimensions: (HxLxD in mm, ca.) 35 x 176 x 83
  • Housing: Aluminum
  • Weight ca. 550 g
  • Protection class: IP66 When connected to sensor and amplifier cables.
