TSTA2

The TSTA2™ amplifier conditions incoming signals of the AT100 AccuTorque™ sensor and sends them on to the SPECTRA™ electronic unit. In order to satisfy a variety of requirements, there are three AccuTorque™ sensor models available:

a single-channel torque sensor, a single-channel feed force sensor und a 2-channel torque and feed force sensor. Depending on the AccuTorque™ model chosen, critical process and tool status data will be available in real time. The non-contact transmission of data and energy by the AccuTorque™ sensor functions according to the rotor/stator principle, thus avoiding the use of batteries and ensuring trouble-free operations.

Excellent system reliability decreases maintenance costs and increases productivity.
